Well, it's that time of year again.comes about this time every year, in fact.
like clockwork.
it's beginning to get repetitious, too.
good gracious, this is now at least 19 years in a row to my knowledge that we've had the 8th of February come exactly 39 days after the new year.
must be run by some government organization - they never seem to have a good reason for any of the peculiar things they do.
this one in particular is rather mindless.
39 days? why not have it an even 40 days after the new year? fifty might be even easier to remember.
nope. they had to randomly choose "39".
maybe that's the name of somebody's pet or something. how many nose hairs they had at the time....
