there you have it... the questionable results of an evening spent at the library. i didn't get quite as much done as i'd expected to get done (blame it on the us justice system taking up my time), but since i hadn't really planned on going to the library at all, that means i'm way ahead on what i wanted to do on saturday. yehaw, there's positive to everything. i'm thinking of taking a road trip. my captain asked me a question today though, whether i had snow chains or not. it kinda brought me back to reality for a moment. but since then i've been thinking about how nice it would be to see some snow again, up close and personal. i haven't walked on ice for three weeks, i haven't walked in snow for three months, i haven't driven in snow for eleven months, and i haven't needed snow chains for thirteen and a half months since a very exciting event when i found out that my car really doesn't handle snow all that well. might go see sequoia and kings canyon. shucks, i just checked the weather. most of the areas i'd be in hit sixty during the day.. the coldest i saw was mid twenties, and that was at night, of course there's no precip in the forecast. i don't know if i'll even bother taking my coat. it can hang in the closet just like it's done since i unpacked it.00:43 email me permalink / commentary (0)
