i am currently studying for a test.(i'm ignoring all you cruel detractors who claim that i am currently not studying for a test, but am rather stalling by writing this).
i am quickly (oh so very quickly) recalling how much i hate studying.
i graduated. i'm not supposed to study anymore.
i still hate studying for stuff i don't want to study for just as much as ever, except now i'm not used to doing it anyway anymore.
(you'll note how quickly i've reacclimated to procrastinating by pursuing various and sundry other activities... eg blogging).
this is lovely stuff too...
Specific hazard classifications, such as severe skin or eye irritation or injury may make a pesticide with low toxicity (high LD50) a category I pesticice....
(you'll be pleased to be informed that it was right about here that i fell asleep while studying during lunch break).
i'm taking the California Apprentice Airman's Applicator Certificate test mainly (okay, soley) because my boss told me to. i also get 24 cents a mile to drive up and take it, plus lunch on the company. there are perks. i'm not sure they're worth a week of studying. but if i fail the test, i get the privelege of shelling out the $100 plus to retake it, not to mention i won't get paid for that day. sounds like negative reinforcement to me.
speaking of which...
here's a cool quote from a NY Times editorial that i got off of a friend's aim profile:
