so far so good for the day. a little of this, a little of that (i'm talking about breakfast and lunch of course), some reading--oh, and i just finished cleaning my bathtub too! (they say you should talk about traumatic experiences instead of internalizing them, so here i am...). although based on some of the mixed reviews i recieved regarding my mushroom-growing "welcome" mat last year maybe i should leave well enough alone. i'll settle for throwing out a few adjectives like atrocius, abysmal, ghastly, and appalling and you can use your imagination to create sentences around them.spent some time listening to the rain, then watching the sun come back out (it went away for all of ten minutes so it could rain). i'm also thinking about what i'll have for supper (it's not even four yet, but i believe it's important to get an early start on life or death issues). speaking of life or death, i also badly need to sweep my floor, but i'm afraid it's going to wind up looking like some B grade horror flick entitled "Rise Of The Death Bunnies!". see, it's a word play..."death", "dust". {sigh}, maybe i should just go to bed.
maybe i'll work on my plan for world peace instead.

well, it's near ten pm now. i decided world peace would require too much energy for a day off and read a book instead. organized some pictures. bragged to paul about how i'd cleaned the bathtub. (he wasn't as impressed as i thought he should have been. must not have seen it within the last year or two). listened to some music. gave an angry tirade aimed at the ants swarming around my kitchen and what i thought of them and their ilk in general (this was after consuming the mt. dew). admired the sunset. remembered that work starts at five tomorrow (unfortunately this was after consuming the mt. dew). finished off the ice cream in my freezer. did some typing. read some old emails. sighed over how cute these pictures are that Mom took at a church retreat one time (it's probably because he reminds me so much of kyle, right down to the john deere shirt).
