Two links I've come across randomly regarding the death penalty:- Witness to an Execution from soundportraits.org is a collection of interviews from several Texas Department of Criminal Justice employees regarding their reactions to being part of the execution process.
- A website dedicated to Cory Maye, a Mississippi death row inmate. There are several sites interlinking each other, including a wikipedia article and a blog called The Agitator which contains what appears to be the most up-to-date information on the case (15 September as of tonight).
If you're interested in some cool weather imagery, these are from Super Typhoon Ioke at the end of August.
Government principle: The best route from point A to point B originates at point C and completes a circle around point D before returning to point C.
Similarly, the shortest route between any two points is under construction.

Regarding the Optimus keyboard, you can actually now buy a 3 key (yes, 3 key) version. At $160, it is, shall we say, a bit pricey. But it would be on the upper end of the geek bling spectrum. 19 September, 2006 00:40 –
