i happened across the trailer for a movie entitled Transformers due out next independence day. the movie is of no great importance in and of itself, but i was amused by my reaction to the trailer. watching it one can clearly observe that 95% of the plot was revealed in the trailer itself, not leaving much suspense for the movie coming out a solid six months away. it's to be one of those movies then, where the draws are the super cool effects and super big explosions. no plot, no reason to think.count me in.
{shrugs} after all, who would pass up a chance to watch peterbilts turn into robots and blow things up?
mostly i think it's a by-product of not having watched much by way of movies in the last half-year. i'm probably suffering a chemical withdrawal from watching action movies. oh well, it hasn't killed me yet...
