for whatever reason i found this to be an absolutely fascinating article about counterfeit goods in the modern market. i'd been trying to determine if a copy of msoffice i bought off ebay was a legit one when a forum commenter made an offhand comment to "third shift". in trying to find the definition of the phrase in this context i wound up at this article:Fortune Magazine: Not Exactly Counterfeit
